Kids Ice Fishing Day 2025

Free Kids Ice Fishing Day is an event the club sponsors every winter. Your kids never tried ice fishing before? You don’t need to have equipment or bait. First 300 kids 14 and under get a free ice fishing rod and reel. We will provide the bait and a free lunch of hot dogs with beverage. We will also take care of drilling all the holes in the ice and providing fishing instructions. Join us at Brittingham Park (near Park St. and W Washington Ave) in Madison, Wisconsin. Free Kids Ice Fishing will go from 9:00 am to 12:00 PM, Saturday January 25, 2025.
This event will take place regardless of the weather. If the ice is less than six inches thick all activities will be held on land at the shelter.
