Largest all-fishing garage sale in southern Wisconsin
The Yahara Fishing Club of Madison is again putting on the largest all-fishing equipment sale — a two-day sale, rain or shine. The two-day event will be held on Friday, July 17, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, July 18, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The location of the event is in Madison at 209 Garnet Lane on Madison’s east side, just off of Milwaukee Street. Here is just a partial list of items that will be for sale at rock bottom prices:
- * 300 rods and reel combos
- * 150 rods, both spinning and casting
- * 200 reels from all manufacturers
- * Hip waders, tackle boxes, and lures, some are still in the original packaging
- * Ice fishing tackle and ice auger ion
- * Antique fishing reels and antique minnow buckets
- * And too much more equipment to list!
Spend $50, and if you had bought those things new, the price would be well over $200. So if you are just getting into fishing or know of someone that is, this is the best place to start. Or if you have kids or grandkids you can’t go wrong with the quality for the price.
